Born in Saku (Nagano), cooking specialist, cooking expert/food stylist. He has started posting the pictures of his dishes on Instagram (@utosh) when he worked as graphic designer. He is also the creator of a very popular hashtag in Japan #vegeterianfirst. He published two books “Vegetarian first” and "Plating techniques for everyday”. Furthermore, he manages his store “Tree&Trunk”, where he sells dishes and home design objects.
